Due to the fact that all items are hand-made bespoke originals and exclusive to this site, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept returns on purchases.


If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team ( within 48 hours of purchasing. Any cancellation requests made within this timeframe will be refunded at our discretion. Please note that a change of mind to your order outside of the 48-hour window will not be accepted. In addition, any items that have been dispatched (whether or not we have advised) cannot be recalled, and hence cannot be cancelled. We will endeavour to inform you as soon as items have been dispatched, and give tracking details where appropriate.

Damages in Transit

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team ( as soon as reasonably practicable (and in any case within 24 hours of delivery) and supply all of the below information in an email.

1. Your full name and order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email and will be on any paperwork that we ship along with your item).

2. A photograph of the damaged item showing any area of concern.

3. Photographs of the interior packaging and delivery box that show where any damage may have occurred.

In return, we promise to act on your e-mail in a timely manner to resolve the situation in a way mutually satisfactory to both parties.
