To purchase an item from lararobins.com, you need to:

- Be at least 16 old;

- have a debit or credit card that we accept (see bottom of page of current payment providers);

and

- be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

When you purchase an item, our Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your information. Here at lararobins.com we value your privacy and the sanctity of your in-box (after all we have in-boxes here too). We promise not eat into your e-mail data allowance with a mountain of unwanted advertising messages or general "Spam". However, from time to time we may e-mail you if we think there is something new on the site that you could possibly find interesting. If you do not want us to send you any communications, please let us know at hello@lararobins.com and we will endeavour to remove your contact details from any such advertising or promotions as soon as is reasonably practicable.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there is an issue with an order, we will contact you for clarification of how we can proceed.

All images of items on lararobins.com are photographed to the best of our abilities, and aim to be an accurate representation of the items themselves; we are of course NOT professional photographers. The images and the products offered for sale on lararobins.com may not correspond exactly to the actual physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.

We are humans here (not machines), and there may be occasions where we price an item or order incorrectly. If we discover an error for any goods that have been order-accepted, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the original order (at the correct price) or cancelling.

If we cannot contact you in a timely manner, we will treat any wrongly priced order as cancelled. Cancellations due to pricing errors of this type (on our part) will be honoured even after the normal 48-hour cancellation period.

From time to time, prices may subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes and other commercial factors. We will endeavour to keep any prices on the website lararobins.com accurate and up to date at all times.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK at that time. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, there will be no price change if you have already paid in-full for your items before the change in VAT takes effect as VAT is applied at the point a transaction occurs. Lararobins.com is not responsible for conversion fees and exchange rates.

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).

The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged at the point of placing an order. We will pack and dispatch your item(s) as soon as practicable after you place your order.

lararobins.com owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.

You are allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or its content for commercial purposes unless you have our express written permission.

You are also not permitted to use the lararobins.com logo or any current or future lararobins.com brand or trademark(s) (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express written permission

It is acceptable for you to link to lararobins.com, as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please do not link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by lararobins.com where none exists.

Our website must not be framed on any other site (or portrayed in any on-line video on any hosting platform) without our written permission.

lararobins.com operates as a front window for Lara Robins (Artist); a sole trader registered with HMRC in the United Kingdom of Great Britain.

When you complete a purchase on lararobins.com, you enter a contract with the same to supply a product fit form and function the same as that advertised on the website. We provide a platform which we trade my bespoke items of art to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to lararobins.com for that order.

Shipping is handled by lararobins.com through whatever means is suitable for the item purchased, to your destination and part of the world.

By clicking on the "Confirm and Pay" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).

English is the language used for the contract with lararobins.com and our respective partners, customers and staff.

After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by lararobins.com nor does a contract between lararobins.com and the customer exist at this point in time.

Acceptance of your order at lararobins.com will take place when we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and lararobins.com. The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt.

lararobins.com are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion.

lararobins.com use stripe as the preferred medium for taking customer payments on the web site.
